1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Card Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Card Generator is a web-based tool that helps users create shareable personal intro cards using AI-assisted generation. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

New accounts receive 3 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe as one-time credit packs. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity in generated cards
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide (bio text, photos). Cards generated by the Service are yours to use and share. The AI Card Generator brand, design, and code remain the property of AI Card Generator.

7. Free Tier Watermark

Cards generated with free credits may include a small AI Card Generator watermark. Paid credit packs remove this watermark. You may not remove or obscure the watermark from free-tier exports.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Card Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
